Renewed appeal to trace Icelandic man missing in Dublin

Gardaí have renewed their appeal for help in locating an Icelandic man who went missing in Dublin in February.

Jon Jonsson, 41, was last seen in Whitehall at around 11am on Saturday 9 February.

He is described as being 1.83m (6’) tall, and of medium build with brown hair.

When last seen he was wearing a black padded jacket.

He had a hotel room key card from the Bonnington Hotel in his possession when he went missing.

Gardaí say that despite ongoing searches, Jon has yet to be located.

Jon’s sister, Thorunn, was on the Moncrieff show on the 10th of April to renew the public appeal for any information related to our brother since he arrived in Dublin on February 8th.
